The new culinary centerpiece of Loews Atlanta Hotel, Ashland, is where classic American steakhouse traditions meet the precision of Japanese sushi. Rooted in Southern sensibility and driven by sustainably sourced ingredients, Ashland offers a fresh, elevated take on familiar flavors. Fresh salads, house-made soups, and inventive sides reflect a deep commitment to craft and seasonality, while curated cocktails and an expansive wine list invite guests to sip, savor, and stay awhile.
