Check It Out​

We have express checkout options so you can leave on your terms—as long as you check out by noon. Say goodbye in person, via Chat Your Service, on your TV, or by phone.​

Cleaning House

Housekeeping is available daily. Only towels not left hanging on a rack or hook will be refreshed. If you are staying with us longer than three days, bed linens will be changed every third day. You can also choose to opt out of housekeeping altogether. Text us or call Star Service if you'd like to modify and/or change your service.

Dry Cleaning​

Please visit us at the Front Desk, and we will help facilitate services right away!​

We’re Smoke-Free​

The entire hotel is smoke-free in order for all our guests to have a comfortable stay. Smoking in your room will result in a fine that starts at a minimum of $500.

Up for a swim?

Take a dip in our pool located on the 5^th-floor pool deck. Open Daily 6am to 11pm. Enjoy poolside bites and beverages from the Pool Bar by Wolfgang Puck Thursday - Friday 11am - 3pm, Saturday & Sunday 11am - 5pm.

Venture Out

Through our partnership with Avis, you can pick up and return your car at the hotel. Avis Desk is open Monday – Friday 8am to 1pm​, closed Saturday & Sunday.

Safe and Secure​

To keep you safe and sound, room key cards are needed to access the public areas of our hotel. We will report any suspicious activities that occur in our hotel and guest rooms to security. And if we don’t see you for a day we will enter to ensure your well-being, even if your “Still Dreaming” sign is hanging. ​
