Boasting one of the only oceanfront restaurant views in South Beach, Preston’s features coastally inspired Mediterranean cuisine enhanced with local farmers prepared with Floribbean influences. Executive Chef Frederic Delaire introduces signature items like the Key West Fish Tacos, Florida Lobster Nicoise Salad, Diver Scallops Pappardelle and Mediterranean Couscous. Guests can enjoy traditional favorites with our very own twist along with specially designed children’s menus.
Dine indoors or outside on the terrace and view the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean and beach. Serving over many different wines by the glass and signature cocktails with freshly made ingredients; it's the perfect setting to enjoy South Beach. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7:00am to 11:00pm. Preston’s is also ideal for groups up to 60 guests and offers several choices of customizable family style menus.
Preston’s Breakfast Buffet Now Includes Specialty Coffees and Natural Juice Bar Enjoy French pressed coffee, a house specialty juice blend like the South Beach, Morning Shot or Vitamin C Boost, or create your own power drink, and choose from a robust variety of buffet options.

Sushi SoBe
Sushi and Sake cocktails flow in our lobby sushi bar and lounge, serving traditional sushi favorites, with our own South Beach touch. This Miami Beach sushi restaurant is open Sunday-Thursday from 6:00 - 10:00 pm and Friday and Saturday from 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

Step away from the sun, lounge poolside or escape the waves with a tropical cocktail or light fare. Food and Beverage service available from 11 am to dusk. Mojito Happy Hours Thursdays-Saturdays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm poolside. No reservations required.

Cool off in our new ice cream and candy shop. SoBe Scoops offers a variety of sweet treats from ice cream, sorbet and gelatos, with great topping choices, to homemade bakery treats and a candy wall. Featuring traditional Haagen Dazs favorites, Graeters and special flavors created by our very own pastry chefs, as well as sundaes, shakes, smoothies, Starbucks Coffee and daily specials, there is something for the entire family to enjoy.
