  • You can check in by visiting the front desk upon arrival or by using the Universal Orlando Resort App for mobile check-in (available for reservations booked directly through Loews Hotels and linked to a Universal Account). Guests who complete mobile check-in must still stop by the front desk to pick up their room keys. A dedicated key pickup line is available for faster service, and you will automatically receive your Universal Express Unlimited^ passes in your Universal Account.

  • You can check out by calling the front desk, using your in-room TV, using the Chat Your Service feature, dropping your room key in the Express Check-Out box, using the Universal Orlando Resort App for mobile check-out (available for guests who have linked their reservation to their Universal Account and completed mobile check-in), or by visiting the front desk. Late check-out available at an additional charge.

• Pack'n Play/Rollaways: Pack'n Plays are complimentary. Rollaways are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $35 plus tax per day (one rollaway allowed per room).
• Extra Person Charges: An additional charge of $55 per extra adult applies for more than 2 adult guests per room. Maximum occupancies may require a rollaway at an additional fee plus daily tax. Only one rollaway is allowed per room. Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Pet Policy: Pets are permitted for a $150 fee* in a pet-friendly room category (if you book a non-pet room, you’ll be reassigned one upon arrival) with no more than two pets in any one guest room. Please make arrangements with housekeeping for daily room cleaning during your stay. Dogs may be walked in designated places and are not allowed at pool, lounge, or restaurant areas. Should your pet’s behavior result in guest complaints, you may be asked to board your pet in an outside shelter. You must bring proof of your pet’s up-to-date vaccinations, as well as current records from a licensed veterinarian. Please note that club-level rooms do not participate in this program.

• 0- 5 days prior to arrival: Charged one night's room rate plus tax
