The Next Chapter in Loews Regency Dining
The newly renovated Loews Regency will offer several new food and beverage options upon its completion in January 2014.
Dan Silverman is the Executive Chef working behind the scenes to reimagine this iconic landmark. Chef Silverman will oversee all aspects of culinary development, including creating menus and concepts under the Sant Ambroeus umbrella, which will translate into the restaurant, bar and in-room dining.
Silverman was most recently Executive Chef at The Standard, High Line in New York City and their signature restaurant The Standard Grill, where his loyal customers and a host of food critics rave about his creativity and culinary genius. Prior to The Standard, High Line he was Executive Chef at famed Lever House Restaurant. Under his leadership the restaurant was nominated as “Best New Restaurant” in 2004 by the James Beard Foundation and also was awarded a “Michelin Star” in 2006 & 2007.
