The Heritage Turkey Dinner ($75) features roasted brined heritage turkey breast and turkey leg ballotine served with citrus-spice cranberry sauce, golden whipped potatoes, braised green beans with garlic-Parmesan béchamel, jalapeño-cheddar stuffing, Parker rolls, and candied sweet potatoes finished with a maple-pecan crust. End on a sweet note with bourbon-pumpkin pie, dark chocolate shards, and blood orange whipped cream. Guests may also enjoy the regular à la carte menu throughout the day.
