  • You can check in by visiting the front desk upon arrival or by using the Universal Orlando Resort App for mobile check-in (available for reservations booked directly through Loews Hotels and linked to a Universal Account). Guests who complete mobile check-in must still stop by the front desk to pick up their room keys. A dedicated key pickup line is available for faster service.
• Check-Out: 11am
  • You can check out by calling the front desk, using your in-room TV, using the Chat Your Service feature, dropping your room key in the Express Check-Out box, using the Universal Orlando Resort App for mobile check-out (available for guests who have linked their reservation to their Universal Account and completed mobile check-in), or by visiting the front desk. Late check-out available at an additional charge.

• Rollaways: Rollaways are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $35 per day, plus 12.5% sales tax. One rollaway is allowed per room. Rollaways are not available for certain room types. (fees are subject to change without notice, other restrictions apply).
• Age Requirements: You must be 21 years of age, and provide proper identification upon check-in, to book a room at any Universal Orlando Resort hotel. There must be at least one person in the reserved room who is 21 years of age or older. Guests with active Military IDs who are at least 17 years of age will be able to check-in. The military member must be staying in the room and is only valid for one room.
• Pack 'n Play: Complimentary Pack'n Plays are available upon request.
• Extra Person Charges: An additional charge of $55 per extra adult applies for more than 2 adult guests per room.
