Enjoy HyperIce and express massages from The Spa at Loews Arlington before an energizing class led by certified fitness lead instructor, Brianna, for a full-body, low-impact workout that will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and rejuvenated.

This class is available to all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or practice regularly. Stay after to enjoy lunch in the signature restaurant, Cut & Bourbon. Complimentary valet parking is included.
