Hold on tight! Eight-Second Burn is a 45-minute, rodeo-inspired workout that tests your grit, strength, and stamina. Start with 25 minutes of fast-paced Tabata HIIT featuring explosive, full-body intervals, then wind down with 20 minutes of grounding Vinyasa flow to restore balance, flexibility, and control. This is beginner-friendly but can be increased for higher fitness levels.

Open to Loews Hotels guests and locals. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat.

A credit card or room number is required to reserve your spot. Class is limited to 25 people. Cancellations of class within 12 hours will be charged in full. No shows are charged in full.

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to find a mat spot and validate parking if you are a local. Self-parking is complimentary in the garage for locals. Guests must check in at the start of class and get their parking validated by the QR code before leaving the class.

Reset Flow Yoga is a refined vinyasa sequence focused on renewal and clarity. Fluid movement and breath-led pacing release stress, improve mobility, and reset the body—ideal for guests seeking a wellness pause.

Sound Bowl Heart Flow is a refined vinyasa experience featuring 30 minutes of gentle, mindful movement and long, supported stretches, followed by a 15-minute sound bowl bath. This curated practice guides you into deep relaxation, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle into stillness—an indulgent reset for Valentine’s Day.

Heart & Harmony is a romantic vinyasa experience designed to deepen connection through paired movement, synchronized breath, and gentle partner-supported poses. This calming flow encourages balance, trust, and stillness—an elegant, wellness-focused way to celebrate Valentine’s Day together.
