Reset Flow Yoga is a refined vinyasa sequence focused on renewal and clarity. Fluid movement and breath-led pacing release stress, improve mobility, and reset the body—ideal for guests seeking a wellness pause.

Sound Bowl Heart Flow is a refined vinyasa experience featuring 30 minutes of gentle, mindful movement and long, supported stretches, followed by a 15-minute sound bowl bath. This curated practice guides you into deep relaxation, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle into stillness—an indulgent reset for Valentine’s Day.

Heart & Harmony is a romantic vinyasa experience designed to deepen connection through paired movement, synchronized breath, and gentle partner-supported poses. This calming flow encourages balance, trust, and stillness—an elegant, wellness-focused way to celebrate Valentine’s Day together.
