Yes, valet parking is available at Loews Arlington Hotel at a daily rate of $39 per night, plus tax, with in-and-out privileges. Self-parking is also available for $29 per night, plus tax, with in and out privileges with the purchase of a parking pass for overnight guests. A $1.99 one-time processing fee may apply. Metropolis provides ticketless, cashless self-parking using license plate recognition; simply drive in and out. Register your vehicle with the Metropolis or download the Metropolis iOS app. This charge will be billed directly by the parking provider.

Please note that the self-parking garage is connected to the Arlington Convention Center adjacent to the hotel and requires a 0.25-mile walk. For the most convenient and seamless experience, valet parking is recommended. Event/game day parking: Rates fluctuate based on local events. Please call the hotel for exact parking rates.

Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Loews Arlington has fully refundable rooms available to book on our website, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. Cancellation policy subject to change. Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. We limit the number of pets to two per room, a maximum of 40 lbs. each. There is a charge of $50 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. All pets receive their own gifts, including a pet tag, bowl, and a special treat to start their vacation. Owners receive a detailed brochure with information on Arlington pet hotel services–such as pet room-service menu, local dog-walking routes, and area pet services, including veterinarians, pet shops, and groomers.

No. We do not offer airport transportation. DFW International Airport is roughly 20 minutes away and Dallas Love Field Airport is about 30 minutes from the hotel.

The UPS Store is located on-property for business and shipping services, including photocopying, package management, printing, and more.

Unfortunately, there is no shuttle service from the Loews Arlington Hotel to AT&T Stadium. However, for those with accessibility needs, the stadium offers shuttle service from the parking lots to the gates. Please call 817-533-1972 for additional information.

For hair services, The Spa at Loews Arlington Hotel uses Moroccan Oil products. Our nail services use the performance nail care line of Dazzle Dry Nail Lacquer and also offer gel polish using The Gel Bottle. The Spa at Loews Arlington Hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the Loews Arlington Hotel. Hotel guests can take the guest elevators to level 2, upon exiting the elevators, turn right, and The Spa will be down the hall on the left-hand side. Guests visiting from Live! by Loews can use the Skybridge to come to Loews Arlington. Upon arriving, we suggest walking past the escalator until you see the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool deck and making a right turn. Continue until you see the hotel lobby and use the guest elevators located around the corner by the front desk. 

The Spa at Loews Arlington Hotel has full-service Women's and Men's locker rooms with fully equipped showers, and anything you may need during your spa visit, such as shaving supplies, hairbrushes, hair dryer, lotion, and more. We have a Co-Ed Relaxation Lounge with spa water, hot tea, and snacks available to enjoy while cuddled in a blanket. You have access to the lounge until The Spa closes. The Spa at Loews Arlington Hotel offers an Infrared Sauna Blanket Detox service that can be added to complete your spa day.
