Your attendees will experience the Caribbean they’ve always dreamed of with endless sunshine, glorious sunsets, and incomparable charm. All right here in sunny Orlando. At Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, we have 115,000 square feet of event space that is as stunning as it is flexible. A bus staging area and separate convention center entrance also ensures coming and going is a breeze. For larger gatherings, we have the 41,000-square foot Grand Caribbean Ballroom divisible into 12 breakout rooms, plus a second 31,000-square foot hall. Opt for our Cayman Court Pavilion for an outdoor party that’s sure to get everyone on their feet.

When it comes to catering, our menus and our staff are well-seasoned. We use the freshest ingredients to craft exquisite meals tailored to your specific needs and requests. Our expert culinary staff can create a one-of-a-kind menu to complement your special event. Of course, we’ll help with selecting the right china, linens, and wine pairings as well.

Indoor Event Space

Grand Caribbean Ballroom

Our largest ballroom is 40,713 square feet and features 28-foot ceilings. It is as stunning as it is flexible as it can be divided into 12 sections.

Kingston Hall

Our first hall at Universal Orlando® is 31,208 square feet and features 20-foot ceilings. This space is ideal for larger events.

St. Croix Level

The meeting space on this level is divided into 3 meeting room each featuring 992 square feet of meeting space, a boardroom, meeting planner offices and business center.

Turks Level

The meeting space on this level is divided into 6 rooms; Turks 1 (883 square feet), Turks 2 (849 square feet), Turks 3 (760 square feet), Turks 4 (731 square feet), Turks 5 (704 square feet), and Turks 6 (729 square feet), each catered to fit your group.

Caicos Level

There are 6 meeting rooms on this level, each catered to fit your group. Caicos 1 features 869 square feet of space. Caicos 2, 3, and 4 all feature 887 square feet of space. Caicos 5 has 856 square feet of space, while Caicos 6 features 910 square feet of space.

Barbados Boardroom

A stunning boardroom with permanent seating for up to 16 guests.

Pre-Function Space

The expansive pre-function space built into the convention center totals 27,250 square feet. The area is defined by four separate areas; Pre-Function North (9,274 square feet), Pre-Function East (5,206 square feet), Pre-Function South (3,678 square feet), and Kingston Pre-Function (9,092 square feet). The Caribbean inspired architecture throughout the space creates an ideal setting for anything from a continental breakfast to black-tie cocktail party.

Meeting Planner Offices

The convention center features three separate meeting planner offices at 106, 183 and 381 square feet each.

Outdoor Event Space

Cayman Court Pavilion 

The Cayman Court Pavilion is the hotel’s signature event space. This covered outdoor venue embodies the warm and inviting Caribbean vibe. The pavilion has amble seating for up to 583 people.  

Cayman Court Lawn

The lush lawn of the vibrant Cayman Court Lawn is a beautiful outdoor reception location. This space can accommodate receptions for up to 565 people.

Signature Dinner Experience

Offering the restaurant experience for your banquet, our Signature Dinner Experience provides a choice of entrée at the time of your event. No more ordering entrée beforehand with place cards; this four-course menu is perfect for a leisurely awards or recognition dinner.

Wine by the Glass

Loews Royal Pacific Resort brings the restaurant experience to the banquet room and offers guests the option to choose from a variety of wines during their banquet dining experience.
