Capture the flavors of the season with the Flamingo Spritz, made with strawberry-infused Aperol, Gunpowder Gin and Prosecco.
Flamingo Spritz
- 1.5 oz. strawberry infused Aperol
- 0.5 oz. basil infused Gunpowder Gin
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- Strawberry and basil garnish
Place all ingredients in a spritz glass with ice, except for the Prosecco. Stir and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and basil.
Destination-Driven Craft Mocktail
For those looking to embrace a healthier option, all summer long, Loews Coral Gables' mixology team has put equal attention into crafting a host of Summerfest Mocktails like the Fizzy Garden Mocktail.
Fizzy Garden Mocktail
- 2 oz. Seedlip Garden 108
- 0.75 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- Fresh cilantro sprigs
- Fever Tree Tonic Water
Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice, except for the tonic water. Shake and pour over Collins glass with ice. Top with tonic water Garnish with a sprig of cilantro and fresh lime.
