Indoor Event Space
The impressive 42,000-square-foot Pacifica Ballroom is the largest ballroom at Universal Orlando Resort ™. The 21-foot high ceilings provide a grand space for your event.
Our newest ballroom boasts 35,991 square feet of meeting and function space (divisible into 12 sections). Also equipped with 21-foot ceilings.
Philippine Sea & South China Sea
Each of these rooms features 1,641 square feet of meeting space.
Coral Sea & Java Sea
Each of these rooms feature 3,282 square feet and are divisible into two equal sections of 1,641 square feet each.
Banda Sea & Timor Sea
Each of these rooms feature 3,008 square feet and are divisible into two equal sections of 1,504 square feet each.
Features 1,910 square feet of space and is divisible into two sections at 954 square feet and 956 square feet.
Features 2,137 square feet of space and divisible into two sections at 1,065 square feet and 1,072 square feet

The expansive pre-function space built into the convention center totals 32,000 square feet. The area is defined by six separate areas; Pre-Function North (3,150 square feet), Pre-Function West (11,064 square feet), Pre-Function South (3,150 square feet), Pre-Function A (7,593 square feet), Pre-Function B (5,173 square feet), and Pre-Function C (2,368 square feet). Warm island colors enhance the Balinese-style architecture throughout the space, creating an ideal setting for anything from a continental breakfast to black-tie cocktail party.
Meeting Planner Offices
The convention center features four separate meeting planner offices at 214, 248, 323 and 420 square feet each.
Hospitality Parlor Suites
Ideal for private entertaining and small meetings, each of the 10 Hospitality Parlor Suites (1,050 square feet each) features an entertainment area with conference table, a service pantry with refrigerator and a separate sink. Click here to view our suites.
Outdoor Event Space
The Wantilan Pavilion is the hotel’s signature event space. Surrounded by exotic foliage and bamboo, this covered outdoor venue embodies the natural elegance of the islands. A lava-rock fire pit, tiki torches, and track lighting throughout make the pavilion perfect for dramatic outdoor evening affairs. Private and secluded, the pavilion also features a built-in stage and ample seating for up to 240 guests.
The Promenade Deck offers views of the tranquil lagoon surrounded by lush greenery. A reception in this space allows your guests to enjoy the ambience of the outdoors and the resort’s tropical scenery.

Offering the restaurant experience for your banquet, our Signature Dinner Experience provides a choice of entrée at the time of your event. No more ordering entrée beforehand with place cards; this four-course menu is perfect for a leisurely awards or recognition dinner.
Wine by the Glass
Loews Royal Pacific Resort brings the restaurant experience to the banquet room and offers guests the option to choose from a variety of wines during their banquet dining experience.
