Appointments & Reservations

Guests are encouraged to arrange appointments in advance. Bookings made on the day of service and walk-in appointments are welcome based on availability. While booking your treatment, please advise us if you are pregnant or have any other significant health concerns.

Cancellation

Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes be made 24 hours in advance of you appointment time. A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy. All no-show appointments will be charged in full.

Spa Attire & Etiquette

We request that you do not bring jewelry or any other valuables with you, as Sea Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if preferred. Our therapists are trained to properly drape any part of the body not being treated. In order to preserve a relaxing environment for all of our guests, there is no cell phone usage in the spa facility during your visit.

Arrival & Check-in

We invite you to enjoy our spa facilities both before and after your treatments. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first service time. This will allow you ample time to check-in, get your robe and slippers, steam or sauna, and unwind prior to your service. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that other guests are not delayed. The full value of your treatment will still be applied.

Minimum Age

The minimum age requirement for access to the spa and fitness facilities is 16. A parent liability waiver is required for anyone under the age of 18 receiving a treatment.

Service Charge

For your convenience, a 22% service charge will be added to your service for your therapist and support staff. Additional gratuity can be left upon checkout, as you wish.
