Yes. Simply valet, or if you prefer to self-park: pull up to the front of the hotel, check-in and we will give you the details of exactly where to self-park. Valet parking is $50 overnight and self-parking is $40 + tax.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Live! by Loews – St. Louis has fully refundable rooms available to book on our website, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. See our cancellation policy for exact terms and conditions. For reservations made through a travel agent or online booking platform, please contact them directly as your reservation will be subject to their terms and conditions.

Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a charge of $50 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. All pets receive amenities that include a special pet room-service menu, a welcome letter from the general manager, a list of local pet services, pet toys, bedding, and more.

If you are staying at Live! by Loews - St. Louis but the name on your reservation differs from the credit card holder, you will need to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form.

No. We do not offer airport transportation. St. Louis Lambert International Airport is roughly 20 minutes away from the hotel. 

There are several dining choices within Live! by Loews - St. Louis including our Clark & Bourbon, The Bullock, Bar Bourbon, River Market, In-Room Dining, and The Whiskey Room, as well as a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment venues at Ballpark Village. Yes, Live! by Loews – St. Louis offers accommodations with spacious layouts for easy wheelchair access, accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers, accessible toilets with grab bars, shower seats available upon request, and ADA devices and equipment (for hearing-impaired guests).

We do have rooms with bathtubs and these are mainly in our rooms with 2 beds. Please let us know upon booking if you would like a tub and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes, there is a mini-refrigerator in each room.

Once you have selected your wedding date, we will send you an agreement to confirm the date, timing, and space.

An initial deposit of 25% of the agreed-upon food and beverage minimum is due with your agreement.

Menu tastings may be scheduled from 3-6 months from your event date.

Outside food may be brought into the hotel for menu items of ethnic origin that we are not able to replicate at the hotel. Please ask your Event Manager for a list of approved vendors.
