Is there parking at Live! by Loews – St. Louis?
Yes. Simply valet, or if you prefer to self-park: pull up to the front of the hotel, check-in and we will give you the details of exactly where to self-park. Valet parking is $50 overnight and self-parking is $40 + tax.
What time is check-in and check-out at Live! by Loews - St. Louis?
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Live! by Loews – St. Louis has fully refundable rooms available to book on our website, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. Are pets allowed at Live! by Loews - St. Louis?
Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a charge of $50 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. All pets receive amenities that include a special pet room-service menu, a welcome letter from the general manager, a list of local pet services, pet toys, bedding, and more.

Yes, Live! by Loews – St. Louis offers accommodations with spacious layouts for easy wheelchair access, accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers, accessible toilets with grab bars, shower seats available upon request, and ADA devices and equipment (for hearing-impaired guests).
Do your rooms have bathtubs? Or only showers?
We do have rooms with bathtubs and these are mainly in our rooms with 2 beds. Please let us know upon booking if you would like a tub and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you have a mini-refrigerator in rooms?
Yes, there is a mini-refrigerator in each room.
