Our Tasting Room can accommodate 16 seated, or 25 standing; Hickory Room: 65 seated or 100 standing, and the Oak Room: 30 seated or 55 standing.

Chef Bio

Fabien Biraud is the new Loews Atlanta Hotel Executive Chef! Fabien joins Loews after serving as Executive Chef at hotels including the W Buckhead, Le Méridien Atlanta, and with Ritz-Carlton in the Bachelor Gulch and Half Moon Bay locations. Fabien was born and raised in Paris, France. He studied Culinary Arts at both Ecole Superieure de Cuisine Francaise in Paris and at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
