Atlanta Event Space & Catering Menus

With over 40,000 stylish square feet of function space, Loews Atlanta is the perfect venue for your next meeting or important event. Every inch of customizable event space is found on our 14th floor, which means jaw-dropping views at every turn. Nearly all of our rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and an abundance of natural light. Of course, our smart-looking spaces are made even smarter thanks to the latest technology and high-speed Internet access. For larger gatherings, our Ellington Ballroom is the ideal choice. It can be combined with our dazzling outdoor Terrace for a night of cocktails in the clouds. Our Executive Boardroom with its plush leather chairs and commanding conference table is the spot to seal even the most challenging deal. In total, we have two ballrooms plus 10 breakout rooms, ranging from 480 to 1,260 square feet, with two dedicated offices for meeting planners.

When it comes to catering, our menus and our staff are well-seasoned. We use the freshest ingredients to craft exquisite meals tailored to your specific needs and requests. Our expert culinary staff can create a one-of-a-kind menu to complement your special event. Of course, we’ll help with selecting the right china, linens, and wine pairings as well.

Conference Level

Ellington Ballroom & Pre-Function Space

The largest ballroom in the hotel, this beautiful 11,070-square-foot ballroom is divisible into six sections and can seat over 1,000 guests. Guests can mingle in comfort and style in the 4,640-square-foot pre-function space. This space may be combined with our stunning 4,800-square-foot outdoor Terrace.

Mercer Ballroom & Pre-Function Space

With dramatic 22-foot ceilings, this gorgeous space is 5,460 square feet and can be divided into three sections and will seat over 600. It may be combined with the 1,312-square-foot pre-function space to give your guests extra room to circulate.

The Terrace

The views from our stunning 14th-floor outdoor Terrace are unmatched in all of Atlanta. This open-air space is 4,800 square feet and can accommodate up to 340 people.


The largest of our non-ballrooms, this space has great views of Atlanta and is 1,260 square feet. Dunwoody can seat up to 72.


At 924 square feet, this space can seat over 65 in style.


You can seat 80 in this medium sized space that’s a comfortable 836 square feet.


This exquisite 780-square-foot meeting space features direct access to the outdoor Terrace. Chastain can seat up to 66 people.


At 768 square feet, this space is just right for a medium-sized function and can seat up to 60.


Candler is 506 square feet and can accommodate up to 30 people.


This room is a comfortable 704 square feet and a one-of-a-kind shape due to the architectural design of our glass tower. Seats up to 72.


Perfect for smaller functions, Pittman is a comfortable 575 square feet and can seat up to 54 people.

Our 480-square-foot boardroom has floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides and can seat 18.

Office 1 and 2

Perfect as a command center, private conference-call room or even for storing important items, these offices each measure 308 square feet. If you would like to host a small meeting, we can accommodate up to 9 in either room.

Our culinary and conference management teams can work with you to design a custom menu to meet your group’s tastes and budget. Each group is unique and our chef will create a tailored culinary experience you and your attendees will enjoy.


Offering the restaurant experience for your banquet, our Signature Dinner Experience provides a choice of entrée at the time of your event. No more ordering entrée beforehand with place cards; this four-course menu is perfect for a leisurely awards or recognition dinner.


Loews Hotels brings the restaurant experience to the banquet room and offers guests the option to choose from a variety of wines during their banquet dining experience.
