Yes. Self-parking is $59/night with in and out privileges (validation is required). We offer self-parking at AMC River East. Click the parking garage name for a map.
Valet parking is $78 per night, per car.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Loews Chicago Hotel has fully refundable rooms available to book on our site, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. See our cancellation policy for exact terms and conditions. For reservations made through a travel agent or online booking platform, please contact them directly as your reservation will be subject to their terms and conditions.

Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a one-time charge of USD $100 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. All pets receive their own gifts including bowls and a special treat. Please check our Loews Loves Pets page for more info regarding pet amenities and policies or contact us directly.

No. We do not offer airport transportation. Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is roughly 26 minutes away. The best modes of transportation to and from the airport are as follows:

• Taxis: ORD- $50/trip MDW-$30/trip
• CTA Lines: ORD (Blue Line) MDW (Orange Line) $2.25/person
• Local transportation is the Metro (Clark/Lake Station) $11/person

Yes, a 25% deposit of the agreed-upon food and beverage minimum. A payment sliding scale will be discussed in your agreement.

A $25 corkage fee will be applied for every 750 ml bottle of wine.

Menu tastings may be schedule 8-10 weeks prior to your event date.

Outside food may be brought into the hotel for menu items of ethnic origin that we are not able to replicate at the hotel. Please ask your Catering Manager for a list of approved vendors.

We will provide you with our cake vendor's contact information and you can reach out to them directly to schedule a time that works best for you.

Your designated Catering Manager will be available on the day of your wedding, but since weddings are very detailed and intricate, a Day of Wedding Coordinator is suggested.
