What time can we check in and check out at Loews Chicago Hotel?

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 12pm. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and applicable fees.

Does Loews Chicago Hotel offer parking?

Yes, Loews Chicago offers valet parking for $85 per night and self-parking at the River East Center Self Park for $63 per night with in-and-out privileges when validated. EV charging is also available for an additional fee.

Self-Parking Directions for AMC River East Garage:

  • Arrive at Loews Chicago Hotel and drop off your luggage at the main entrance.
  • Exit the hotel and turn right onto North Park Drive.
  • Continue to the first stop sign and proceed straight across Illinois Street.
  • Enter the garage directly ahead, marked “Self-Park Entrance” and “Public Hotel Parking.”
  • The garage will automatically scan your vehicle’s license plate and open the gate.

After Parking:

  • Follow signs to the yellow elevator lobby on the west side of the garage.
  • There is no need to scan the QR code inside the garage.
  • Take the elevator to the Ground Floor (G).
  • Exit the elevator lobby using the door on the right, then turn left onto Columbus Drive.
  • Walk south on Columbus Drive to the intersection of Illinois Street and Columbus Drive.
  • Cross Illinois Street, then head east (left) on Illinois Street.
  • Take the first right onto North Park Drive.
  • The hotel will be on your left.

Upon Arrival:

  • Please provide your license plate number to the Front Desk at check-in for validation.
