Among hotels in San Diego, Loews Coronado Bay is legendary for our pools. Settle in, and prepare to be pampered by our own Poolside Concierge, with extras such as chilled fruit and towels or delicious smoothies.
Loews Coronado Bay Resort features an expansive pool deck with three pools:
- Children’s pool: 3½-feet deep around the edges and 4 ½-deep in the center
- Family pool and hot tub
- Adults-only pool and hot tub
For the ultimate pool experience, guests can reserve one of our three poolside cabanas. Each features lounge chairs, a safe and a small table, plus a small refrigerator stocked with waters, sodas and fruit. Special food and beverage packages are also available for purchase. Cabanas are located near the adult-only pool. Contact the concierge or call 619-424-4000 for pricing and reservations.
During the summer, our Pool Concierge provides you and your family with treats and services throughout the afternoon—special goodies like Italian ice, frozen grape kabobs and a spritz of suntan-lotion mist. Chilled hand towels are another luxury we consider a necessity on a beautiful, hot Southern California day.
Children (and adults!) can also enjoy an over-sized game of Connect Four, chess or a competitive game of ping-pong – available year-round.
From Memorial Day through Labor Day and at other special holiday times, we get things going with live music and up-and-coming local DJs. To keep things lively, there is also a whole host of fun activities available at Loews Coronado Bay Resort, including raft races, limbo contests and Dive-In Movies.
