Is there parking at Loews Hollywood Hotel?
Public self-parking is $20 per night plus tax (does not include in-and-out privileges) available at Hollywood and Highland Center garage. Valet parking is $55 per night plus tax (includes in-and-out privileges).
What time is check-in and check-out at Loews Hollywood Hotel?
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.
What is the Loews Hollywood Hotel cancellation policy?
Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Loews Hollywood Hotel has fully refundable rooms available to book on our site, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. See our cancellation policy for exact terms and conditions. For reservations made through a travel agent or online booking platform, please contact them directly as your reservation will be subject to their terms and conditions.

Yes, pets are welcome at Loews Hollywood Hotel. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a charge of $100 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. What do I need to do to confirm my wedding date is available?
Once you have selected your wedding date, we will send you pricing and availability. From there, we will put together an agreement to reserve event space on your desired date.
Is there a deposit due?
Yes. A deposit of 25% of the agreed-upon food and beverage minimum spend is required at contract signature. Additional deposit schedules will be determined in your agreement.
Can I bring in my own wine?
Yes – however a corkage fee of $25 per bottle applies, along with service charges and taxes.
Does Loews Hollywood Hotel offer special group rates or discounted guest rooms for my guests?
Yes, please inquire with your Catering Manager.
When is the menu tasting?
Menu tastings may be scheduled anytime between 3-6 months from your event date.
Am I allowed to bring in outside food and beverage?
Outside food may be brought into the hotel for menu items of ethnic origin that we are not able to replicate at the hotel. Please ask your Catering Manager for a list of approved vendors.
How do I coordinate a cake tasting?
We will provide you with our cake vendor’s contact information and you can reach out to them directly to schedule a time that works best for you.
Will someone be there to assist during my wedding day?
Absolutely! Your Catering Manager will be onsite to support the execution of hotel event logistics. Given the detail and intricacy of weddings, however, we do recommend a Wedding Day Coordinator to assist with other aspects of the ceremony and reception.
