You can choose from meeting rooms right here in the hotel or opt for additional space at the adjacent Hollywood & Highland—or both. Of course, Loews Hollywood’s event spaces are made even smarter thanks to the latest A/V technology and wireless high-speed Internet. For larger gatherings, our Hollywood Ballroom is the ideal choice. For a night of cocktails in the clouds, we have a dazzling outdoor Pool Terrace. And for the very best views, we suggest our lavish Panorama Suite, where guests can mingle as they marvel at the city lights from 20 stories up. In total, we have two ballrooms plus 11 breakout rooms, ranging from 640 to 1,650 square feet.
When it comes to catering, our menus and our staff are well-seasoned. We use the freshest ingredients to craft exquisite meals tailored to your specific needs and requests. One spectacular option is to choose catering by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. From the gorgeous Hollywood Ballroom to the intimate Hancock Park Room, we have 76,000 square feet of space right in the hotel. And we can tailor most rooms to meet your specific needs perfectly. Options are found on our mezzanine level and third floor. For a truly dramatic option, our one-of-a-kind round 3,500-square-foot Panorama Suite is the answer. It has jaw-dropping 20th-floor views and expansive areas for entertaining.

Our stunning rooftop Pool Terrace is 10,000 square feet of pure magic. Best of all, it sits on the fifth floor of our hotel and offers dramatic views of the glittering lights of L.A. and the landmark Hollywood sign. We can accommodate up to 550 here.

From the dramatic Dolby Theatre stage to the Ray Dolby Ballroom on the fifth floor, you also have access to over 55,000 square feet of additional space in Hollywood & Highland. Best of all, since our hotel is connected to The Center, guests of the hotel don’t even need to go outside to attend your wedding.
