Destination Fee

A $30 plus tax, per day destination fee will be added to your stay and includes the following:

  • $10 Uber credit or $10 credit towards parking per stay*
  • Daily premium Wi-Fi (valued at $12.95/day)
  • Complimentary drip coffee and 50% off pastries at Four/Five Grab & Go (from 12pm - 3pm)
  • 10% off local entertainment at Milk + Honey Spa, Big Bus Tours, and Volare**
  • 10% off guest laundry and dry cleaning services (24-hour processing time)

*Valid during hotel stay and only in the Chicago area. Credit activated upon check-in and expires at 4pm day of departure. Guest notified via Uber text upon activating credit.

We are pleased to provide guests with complimentary use of two computer workstations and an accompanying black & white printer/scanner. Perfect for checking emails, printing boarding passes, or other small needs, the Business Center is accessible 24-hours per day and is located on the 2nd floor.

Larger print jobs or color printing can be managed through our Loews Immediate Needs Coordinator, who will provide pricing based on the scope of services requested.

Fitness Center

No need to let your exercise routine skip a beat. Loews Chicago makes staying on track a breeze with our 24-hour Fitness Center, located on the third floor. This light-filled space boasts a wide range of Techno gym equipment, two fully connected Peloton Bikes, as well as a large selection of free weights, all in an open, energizing environment.

To access the fitness center, you must be 18+ or 13+ with adult supervision.

Pool

Keep up your fitness routine in a 20-meter heated lap pool. Find it adjacent to the fitness center located on the third floor. Towels are available at the pool and physical distancing protocols are in place. There is a maximum occupancy of ​25 people in the pool area. Pool will be closed periodically throughout the day for cleaning. ​

The indoor lap pool will be closed for repairs through December 31. We apologize for any inconvenience at this time and look forward to welcoming guests back once repairs are complete.
