Indoor Event Space

Avalon Ballroom

Hold an unforgettable meeting in Avalon Ballroom, where the spirit of rock ‘n’ roll is celebrated. A sophisticated palette of grey, black and cream, activated by high-energy red, is featured in the musical score-inspired carpet patterns. A modern vibe and 14-foot ceilings add to the eclectic mix of rock music memorabilia throughout the hotel.

Pre-Function Space

Our 1,600 square foot pre-function space offers the same modern vibe as the adjacent Avalon Ballroom. An attached veranda with outdoor seating has stunning views of the Hard Rock Hotel’s expansive pool and scenic grounds.

Fillmore Meeting Room

At 620 square feet, Fillmore offers the perfect setting for a small meeting for up to 60 guests.

Apollo Ballroom

This 648-square-foot oval-shaped space is an elegant boardroom that can easily be transformed into a more casual space.

The Pantry

This unique octagon-shaped room on the hotel’s garden level offers a secluded setting where attendees can enjoy an intimate gathering amid the excitement of the Hard Rock Hotel. Offering seating for up to 100 guests, this space also features an outdoor seating area where your attendees can mingle and relax.

Lobby Lounge

The hotel’s lobby lounge is used for a variety of events and lends a high-energy feel to any reception or meal function. At 2,800 square feet, the space can accommodate up to 84 guests in rounds of 12. An attached veranda with outdoor seating has stunning views of the Hard Rock Hotel’s expansive pool and scenic grounds.

Velvet Bar

Chic, stylish, swank. Velvet Bar is located on the hotel’s lobby level and is the perfect non-traditional space for your meal function or reception up to 125 guests.


Hospitality Parlor Suites

Decorated in rock ‘n’ roll themes, this suite is ideal for private entertaining. Our Hospitality Parlor Suites feature an entertainment area with dining room table, an oversized wet bar with service pantry, a pull-out sofa, plus an enclosed office area. The 1,250-square-foot parlor also features a connecting 375-square-foot Garden View king bedroom.

Outdoor Event Space

Woodstock Lawn

Peace, love, and rock…what better location for your wedding than the hotel’s lush, green Woodstock Lawn, named for the iconic 1969 outdoor music festival. With the stunning architecture of the Hard Rock Hotel® as the backdrop, this palm tree-lined lawn is the ideal setting for outdoor ceremonies of up to 150 guests. The expansive oval-shaped lawn features beautiful landscaping and lighting.

Guitar Fountain

All eyes will be upon you as you host your ceremony in front of the Hard Rock Hotel’s signature Guitar Fountain. Situated atop the huge, stately lawn at the hotel entrance, there’s no more dramatic backdrop for your wedding than the 39 swirling guitars enveloped by a shimmering cascade of sparkling water. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind wedding experience. This location is suitable for ceremonies of up to 150 people.
