Bar Peters captures the flavors of the season with a special summertime spritz created by lead bartender Corey Dixon: Peychaud’s Spritz. Poised to be one of the most in-demand cocktails for summer 2023, Loews New Orleans Hotel will offer guests a twist on the classic spritz, infusing ingredients like Peychaud's Aperitivo, Wycliff sparkling wine, soda water, and fresh blueberries.
Peychaud’s Spritz
- 2 oz. Peychauds Apritivo
- 3 oz. Wycliff Sparkling Wine
- 1 oz. Soda Water
- Blueberries
Drop 4-5 blueberries into a shaker tin, add ice, and Peychaud's Aperitivo. Shake, and pour into a wine glass. Top with Wycliff and soda. Garnish with blueberries and lemon peel.

- 1.5 oz. Pomegranate juice
- ¼ oz. Black cherry
- ¾ oz. Orange juice
