Discover Fun Things To Do In Nashville

It’s really no exaggeration to say that there’s something to do or see in Nashville 365 days a year. It all starts off in February with a nod to the past with the Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville. April brings the Country Music Marathon and 1/2 Marathon, which blends long-distance running and country music together in  melodious fashion. Other don’t-miss events include the CMA Music Festival in June, the Tomato Art Fest in August and the Music City Bowl in December.

Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville (January–February)

For 20 years, the Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville has brought together nationally and internationally renowned experts and exhibitors in the fields of antiques, decorative arts and landscape design.

Tin Pan South (March) 

This Nashville event happens throughout Music City. Celebrates songwriters and their craft at America's largest music festival dedicated to them.

Country Music Marathon and 1/2 Marathon (April) 

It's a marathon that blends running with Nashville's signature product: music.

Iroquois Steeplechase (May)

It is one of the oldest, most prestigious and most challenging steeplechase races in the country, and tailgating at the races is a springtime tradition in Nashville.

CMA Music Festival (June) 

It is the largest country music party in the world and the ultimate destination for country music lovers. The annual four-day event in Nashville features more than 70 hours of live, musical performances and 30 hours of autograph signings.

July 4th Riverfront Park Celebration (July) 

Live music, family activities, food vendors, and one of the nation’s best fireworks displays.

Tomato Art Fest (August) 

Celebrate all things tomato in Historic East Nashville's Five Points area. This Nashville festival brings together great art, good music, delectable food and a barrel of fun.

World of Bluegrass (September) 

A weeklong bluegrass homecoming. Fans from all over the world gather for hundreds of performances on multiple stages.

Germantown Street Festival and Oktoberfest (October) 

Nashville's Germantown neighborhood has celebrated Oktoberfest for three decades, and though the event has split into two separate festivals, that just means twice as much for the day’s tens of thousands of visitors to see, do, drink and hear. Both Nashville events feature street performers, arts and crafts, along with an entire section of activities for kids.

Boulevard Bolt (November) 

This 10K run held on Thanksgiving Day benefits Second Harvest Food Bank.

Music City Bowl (December) 

Cheer on your favorite teams from the SEC and ACC at this college bowl game
