Large Group or Small Gathering, We Have the Room You Need

Offering 24,000 square feet of smartly appointed boardrooms and meeting space, Loews Vanderbilt Hotel features diverse Nashville venues ideal for corporate retreats, sales presentations, small business gatherings and larger corporate events.

For larger gatherings, our 8,442-square-foot Symphony Ballroom is the ideal choice. In fact, with its five stunning crystal chandeliers and vaulted, 18-foot ceilings, there’s no question why it’s considered the premier event space in Nashville. This stunning space can be divided into three separate sections if necessary. But if your event is on the smaller side, you may prefer our 3,900-square-foot Skylight Foyer that is adjacent to the Symphony Ballroom and features groups of leather club chairs and sofas as well as soothing natural light.

If the art of the deal is why you’re in Music City, our Bernard Boardroom has permanent seating for up to 12 guests—and with its plush leather chairs and commanding conference table, it is truly the spot to seal even the most challenging deal. In addition, we have 10 other meeting rooms ranging in size from 342 to 1,011 square feet.

Of course, all of our event spaces are as smart as they are smart looking, thanks to the latest technology and high-speed Internet.

When it comes to catering, our menus and our staff are well-seasoned. We use the freshest ingredients to craft exquisite meals tailored to your specific needs and requests. Our expert culinary staff can create a one-of-a-kind menu to complement your special event. Of course, we’ll help with selecting the right china, linens, and wine pairings as well.

Lobby Level

  • Symphony Ballroom—Featuring 8,442 square feet with a 3,252-square-foot foyer, the ballroom has vaulted, 18-foot ceilings and five stunning crystal chandeliers
  • Lyric—1,225 square feet, located adjacent to Mason’s
  • Melody—A private space adjacent to Lyric, offering 648 square feet
  • Green Room—An ideal space for small receptions of up to 90 guests with access to an outside patio

Mezzanine Level

  • Bernard Boardroom—A 418-square-foot permanent boardroom with seating for up to 12 guests
  • Skylight Foyer—A beautiful mid-century modern foyer with nearly 3,900 square feet featuring leather club chairs and sofas; can host receptions for up to 300 guests
  • 10 additional Meeting Rooms—ranging in size from 342 to 1,011 square feet

Lower Level

  • Features a pre-function area with the Gold Room (546 square feet) and Platinum Room (700 square feet) on opposite sides

Offering the restaurant experience for your banquet, our Signature Dinner Experience provides a choice of entrée at the time of your event. No more ordering your entrée beforehand with place cards. This four-course menu is perfect for a leisurely awards or recognition dinner.

WINE BY THE GLASS 

Loews Hotels brings the restaurant experience to the banquet room and offers guests the option to choose from a variety of wines during their banquet dining experience.
