The family-run, 2,000-acre farm-based distillery in DeKalb, Illinois grows its own higher-end yellow corn and produces farm-to-bottle bourbon spirits including an exclusive Private Reserve selection for Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel. Whiskey Acre’s Master Distiller, Rob Wallace, hand-selected the blend to showcase the absolute best they have to offer highlighting unique yet approachable tasting notes guests of the hotel and restaurant will be able to enjoy.
