Is there parking at Loews Miami Beach Hotel?
Valet parking is available for $44 + tax overnight. Please note: the following vehicles will not be accepted by valet due to parking limitations in the garage: 10+ passenger vans; Dually trucks; vehicles exceeding 6 feet, 6 inches; motorcycles or scooters; vehicles with rooftop racks; trailers. Self-parking is available in the garage across the street.
What time is check-in and check-out at Loews Miami Beach Hotel?
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.
What is the Loews Miami Beach Hotel cancellation policy?
Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Loews Miami Beach Hotel has fully refundable rooms available to book on our site, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. See our cancellation policy for exact terms and conditions. Is there a resort fee at Loews Miami Beach Hotel?
Yes. Loews Miami Beach Hotel has a Resort Fee Amenity Program. The daily resort fee of $32 per night plus tax includes the following:
- Internet access for up to four devices
- Daily fitness center access
- Use of up to four beach chairs daily (one chair per person)
- Use of kayaks, paddleboards, and boogie boards (up to 30 mins per day, weather permitting, based on availability)
- Banana Boat rides from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. daily, with the last departure at 10:45 a.m. (weather permitting, based on availability)
- A resort photoshoot during your stay, with one complimentary branded digital image
- 45-minute shoot on the resort’s oceanfront grounds
- One-on-one review of professionally edited images within 24 hours of your session
- Packages available for purchase during the proofing session
- One branded digital copy of your favorite image is included with our Resort Amenity Program

Are pets allowed at Loews Miami Beach Hotel?
Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a charge of $50 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. What do I need to do to confirm my wedding date?
Once you have selected your wedding date, we will send you an agreement to confirm the date, timing, and space.
Is there a deposit due?
To reserve your event date, Loews Miami Beach requires 25% of the food and beverage minimum at contract signing. A payment sliding scale will be discussed in your agreement.
Does the Hotel offer special group rates or discounted guest rooms for my guests?
Yes, please inquire with your Catering Manager.
Am I allowed to bring my own wine?
A $25 corkage fee will be applied for every 750 mL bottle of wine. This is subject to a service charge and tax.
When is the menu tasting?
The wedding menus are skillfully prepared by our Executive Chef. A private tasting will be scheduled three to six months prior to the wedding and up to four guests are invited to attend.
Am I allowed to bring in outside food and beverage?
Outside food may be brought into the hotel for menu items of specialized ethnic or religious menu items that we are not able to replicate at the hotel. Please ask your Catering Manager for a list of approved vendors.
How do I coordinate a cake tasting?
We will provide you with our cake vendor's contact information and you can reach out to them directly to schedule a time that works best for you.
Will someone be there to assist during my wedding day?
Your designated Catering Manager will be available on the day of your wedding, but since weddings are very detailed and intricate, a Day of Wedding Coordinator is suggested.
