A deposit equal to one nights' room rate plus tax is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This card will be charged in the event of cancellation or no-show when warranted. Group rates are subject to availability.
Hotel cancellation policy requires guests to cancel by 4pm local time 72 hours before arrival to avoid penalty fee of 1 night's room and tax.
Kindly note that once you have made your reservation on the ICEF link page, you will receive a hotel generic confirmation email with your confirmation number. This email shows generic hotel information and it will have the standard resort fee amount and details. This does not mean you will be charged automatically. Resort fee is OPTIONAL as stated in the ICEF reservations link page.
