Is there parking at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort?
Self-parking is available at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort for $15 plus tax per day. Valet parking is available for $25 plus tax per day.
What time is check-in and check-out at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort?
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

Is there an airport shuttle to Loews Ventana Canyon Resort?
No. We do not offer airport transportation. TUS International Airport is roughly 40 minutes away. Taxi and rideshare services are available at the airport as well as car rental options.
What is the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort cancellation policy?
Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Loews Miami Beach Hotel has fully refundable rooms available to book on our site, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. See our cancellation policy for exact terms and conditions. For reservations made through a travel agent or online booking platform, please contact them directly as your reservation will be subject to their terms and conditions.
Are pets allowed at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort?
Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a charge of $100 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. Do I need to be a guest at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort to book a massage?
You do not. Our Loews Ventana Canyon Resort Lakeside Spa is also open to outside guests.
Do I need to reserve a tennis court at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort?
You do not need to reserve a tennis court. Tennis courts are first come, first serve.

Yes. Loews Ventana Canyon Resort offers accommodations with spacious layouts for easy wheelchair access, accessible bathrooms with roll-in shower, accessible toilets with grab bars, shower seats available upon request, and ADA devices and equipment (for hearing-impaired guests).

Is there a deposit due?
To reserve your event date, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort requires 25% of the food and beverage minimum at contract signing. A payment sliding scale will be discussed in your agreement.
Does the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort offer special group rates or discounted guest rooms for my guests?
Yes, please inquire with your Catering Manager. Guest rooms are contracted separately.
When is the menu tasting?
Menu tastings may be scheduled from 3-6 months from your event date. Menu tastings include passed items - salads, entrees, and cakes. Menu is to be chosen 30 days in advance of the tasting. A tasting fee of $75.00 per person may apply.
Am I allowed to bring in outside food and beverage?
Outside food may be brought into Loews Ventana Canyon Resort for menu items of ethnic origin that we are not able to replicate at the resort. Please ask your Catering Manager for a list of approved vendors.
Will someone be there to assist during my wedding day?
Your designated Catering Manager will be available on the day of your wedding as your hotel liaison, but since weddings are very detailed and intricate, a Day of Wedding Coordinator or Planner is required.
Can my guests receive a welcome bag?
To ensure guest check-in is handled in a timely manner, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort requires that any welcome gifts, gift bags, letters, etc. are delivered to the guest rooms after check-in. A $4.00 per room delivery fee will apply. Please notify your Catering Manager in advance of any deliveries.
Do you offer lunch for the bridal party?
We can have a lunch catered to both the bridesmaids and groomsmen on the day of the wedding.
