Meeting Function Space and Menus

At Loews Regency New York Hotel, we host meetings and events for those with a desire for something more intimate and just a bit more sophisticated than the norm.

For business gatherings, we have four exclusive meeting rooms available—on the second floor of the hotel—all outfitted with high-speed Internet access and the latest in audio-visual technology. Each room is flooded with natural light and can also be used for private dining. For your convenience, the hotel’s Business Center is located near all four meetings rooms. Should you want to make Loews Regency New York Hotel your home away from home while you are visiting New York, our Terrace Suites or Signature Suites can be used as hospitality suites and feature extra space for entertaining in addition to private terraces and atriums with stunning cityscape and Park Avenue views. Suite sizes range from 950 to 1,550 square feet. There is simply nothing like them among other hotels on Park Avenue.

Meeting Space & Floor Plans


This multi-purpose 700-square-foot meeting and event room has a small, private lounge area for breaks overlooking Park Avenue and 61st Street. It has a fixed flat-panel 80-inch HD display with multi-touch capabilities and TV tuner. It can accommodate 30 people boardroom-style, up to 60 theater-style, 50 for a seated meal and 75 for a cocktail reception.


Seating for 16 people, with a small private lounge area for breaks overlooking 61st Street. Sheep Meadow features a fixed flat-panel 60-inch HD display with multi-touch capabilities and TV tuner.

These two rooms also feature:

  • In-built audio and video conferencing
  • Overhead speakers for evenly distributed sound
  • Wireless remote touch-panel to control all AV functions
  • Two computer inputs (HDMI, VGA with audio plug-in available)
  • Tables with AV pop-ups for connecting devices


Seating for 12 people at a boardroom table, with a small lounge area contained in the meeting room. Boathouse has a fixed flat-panel 60-inch HD TV.

These rooms also have Jack Packs for connecting A/V devices (computer, Blu-ray, iPod, other MP3 players) to the TV. Jack Packs include VGA, HDMI, iPod & audio inputs.

Group Menus and Catering


From the Power Breakfast to one-of-a-kind dinner events, your dining experience at Loews Regency Hotel is sure to be a memorable one. Rest assured, our chef will be at the helm of your event, presiding over an exclusive menu which features local market-fresh ingredients and sophisticated, modern interpretations of classic dishes.


Our culinary and conference management teams can work with you to design a custom menu to meet your group’s tastes and budget. Each group is unique and our chef will create a tailored culinary experience you and your attendees will enjoy.


Offering the restaurant experience for your banquet, our Signature Dinner Experience provides a choice of entrée at the time of your event. No more ordering an entrée beforehand with place cards; this four-course menu is perfect for a leisurely awards or recognition dinner.

For groups of twelve (12) or more, a prix fixe choice menu with a PEO/contract are preferred (see established menu options based the current restaurant Lunch & Dinner offerings).

Parameters are as follows:

Additional Information

  • Fruit may be substituted for any dessert for an additional cost.
  • Wine courses may be added for an additional cost.
  • A Champagne toast may be added for an additional cost.
  • Coffee, iced tea or soft drink will be included with all prix fixe menus.
  • Prix fixe menu pricing is subject to 18% service charge (payable to the service team), 6% administrative charge (payable to the hotel) and state sales tax.

Catering/Conferences will confirm large parties or restaurant events with the guest/contact a minimum of 72 hours prior the function – reviewing all details in the scheduled PEO meetings whereas F&B management and Culinary must be present. 


Loews Hotels brings the restaurant experience to the banquet room and offers guests the option to choose from a variety of wines during their banquet dining experience.
