Boston

We are more than ready for the warmer weather here in Boston after what seemed to be a never-ending winter! There are plenty of activities for you to enjoy with family and friends this spring and we are here to recommend only the best. Check out these destinations while visiting the lovely city of Boston this season.

Faneuil Hall

Faneuil Hall is home to entertaining street performers, food of all types inside Quincy Market, and a multitude of shops. One of the highlighted events of this year is a Tequila & Taco pairing every Tuesday at Mija Cantina & Tequila Bar. More food choices are housed inside of Quincy Market with options such as Regina Pizzeria, Boston Chowda Co., and the newly opened Magnolia Bakery. This is the perfect destination for the whole family.

SOWA Market

SoWa Vintage Market and SoWa Open Market are two Boston staples once the warm weather finally hits. These markets feature a wide range of antiques, clothing, jewelry, art, and more. There are also a wide variety of food trucks that give guests the chance to take a break from their browsing to satisfy their hunger. Make sure to check out this award-winning outdoor festival for their 16th season this spring.

Fenway Park

This spring is the best time to head to Fenway Park and catch a game at the home of the 2018 World Series Champions. Tickets start as low as $9, so grab a seat, chow down on a Fenway Frank, and sing “Sweet Caroline” while enjoying one of the most historic ballparks in the country. America’s Most Beloved Ballpark also offers tours, although limited tickets are available so book as soon as you know your travel dates.

Lawn on D

Home of the famous light-up circular swings, Lawn on D is one of the city’s warm-weather hotspots. They have lounge chairs, different types of games such as corn hole and Ping-Pong, and a bar. What more could you want on a nice spring day? Lawn on D starts their season the first week of May by celebrating Cinco de Mayo.

Boston Public Library

Duck Tours

Roll out the duck boats! First time in Boston? Trying to find the perfect chance to see what Boston has to offer? Look no further than Boston Duck Tours to see attractions such as Beacon Hill, Boston Public Library, Holocaust Memorial, the State House, and many more. You will (literally) dive right into the Charles River to get the full Boston tour, on land and in water.

Envoy Hotel Lookout Rooftop and Bar

Next month is the start of the Igloo season at Lookout Rooftop and Bar at the Envoy Hotel. These colorful enclosures are set on the rooftop so you can sit back and relax while looking at the magnificent views of Boston’s Seaport neighborhood during a night out. Aside from the fantastic location, you can also grab a bite prepared by two-time Chopped champion, Tatiana Pairot Rosana.

Legal Harborside

What better way to spend a spring day in Boston than to order a classic seafood dish at Legal Harborside, part of the Legal Seafood chain. This three-level restaurant and bar has a perfect location on the Boston Harbor, and draws crowds of locals and visitors alike with its delicious menu and picture-perfect roof top. Ideal for a cocktail with friends or a family picture with Boston architecture as the backdrop.

Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum

This beautiful museum is filled with a mix of art and exhibits that will leave you in awe. It also hosts regular events, including open studios and weekend concert series. Minutes away from Fenway and Northeastern University, this makes for a great family trip before a ball game or a college tour.
