This February 9-15, Loews Coral Gables Hotel invites guests to indulge in The Golden Indulgence, a limited-edition dining experience at Americana Kitchen, created in collaboration with Golden Goat Caviar - renowned for producing some of the world’s finest caviar.
The weeklong culinary event transforms dinner into an occasion - refined yet playful, luxurious yet approachable, and designed as much for conversation as it is for flavor. At the center of the experience is a simple, decadent idea - every dish is finished with 12 grams of Golden Goat Caviar. Not as excess, but as enhancement.

A Menu Designed for the Moment
Loews Coral Gables Executive Chef Ricardo Jarquin approached the menu with balance in mind - elegant ingredients, thoughtful technique and a touch of romance. Guests are invited to curate their own evening by selecting one, two or all courses, making the experience just as suited for a spontaneous night out as it is for a full Valentine’s celebration.
To begin, delicate starters set the tone - fresh oysters brightened with apple–cucumber mignonette or bluefin tuna tartare layered with citrus crème fraîche and avocado.

From there, entrées lean into comfort elevated - corn raviolo with lobster, seared scallops with parsnip purée and beurre blanc, or grilled lamb chops with pomegranate glaze.

Dessert arrives floral and light featuring a chocolate mousse with cassis, hibiscus and rose.

While Valentine’s Day may be the inspiration, The Golden Indulgence is not exclusive to couples. The spirit of the week is celebration - romantic, platonic or purely culinary.

The Golden Indulgence features a signature Caviar Martini, crafted with Ketel One, Bianco Vermouth, and Golden Goat Caviar - an elegant nod to classic luxury with a modern twist.
