Miami Beach

Here in Miami, we’re lucky enough to take advantage of pool time year-round, although summer is the best time to enjoy it. Even better: this summer, we have a brand new poolscape. If you’ve traveled to Loews Miami Beach Hotel before, but have yet to return since our transformation, trust me when I say that you won’t even recognize our reimagined resort.

Let’s dive right into the top three things we know you’re going to love about the new poolside Miami experience.

1. Poolside Pampering at an Enhanced Oceanfront Poolscape

Our new and improved oceanfront pool deck offers sloped, zero-entry access, pop fountains for the kids to play in, and a direct route to the beach and boardwalk. Plus, every guest at the pool will feel pampered by our pool concierges throughout the day, as they hand out hourly amenities like Evian mist, tanning oil, snacks from the fruit cart, smoothies and coconut water. Pro tip: Make time during your stay to catch a view of the pool from up above — the palm trees engraved into the bottom were meant to be photographed!

2. Seclusion at SOAK’s New Adult Cabanas

Reach a whole new level of relaxation with SOAK’s latest addition: poolside adult-only cabanas, located front and center. While the cozy, covered seating areas will keep pool-goers cool, guests can also lay out and soak up the South Florida sunshine from one of two chaise lounges or a chic round daybed by the pool’s edge. Much like at our air-conditioned SOAK cabanas, guests can enjoy personalized concierge service and curated amenities, including service from a Bloody Mary cart and afternoon refreshments. There’s also the option of ordering from a complete menu of refreshing food and drink selections.

3. New Kids Club the Whole Family Will Love

Little travelers can enjoy half- or full-day adventures at our new state-of-the-art SoBe Kids Club, which offers arts and crafts areas, video games, a reading corner and more. But the real fun begins when the kids head outdoors for action-packed excitement by the pool, including treasure dives, raft races, water balloon games, and even sand castle-making on the beach. Kids will love details like the South Beach-style neon lights and glowing aquarium to the larger-than-life indoor lifeguard hut – perfect to play in – while parents get some extra time to themselves to discover why Miami is such #AWonderfulPlace to wander.
