At Loews Miami or any Loews Hotels property, anything you need is only a text away with our Chat Your Service texting line right at your fingertips. Yes, that means you can request an extra set of towels, ask valet to call for your car, or order room service — all without picking up the phone. Just text us at 305.330.1270.

2. Stay tuned to our Guest Portal

Every guest who logs into our complimentary Wi-Fi will be taken to our Guest Portal, which features all of the latest info and happenings here at the hotel. Easily find your check-out time, access restaurant menus and operating hours, and stay up-to-date about resort activities, special events, and happy hours from this portal available on your laptop, tablet or mobile phone.

3. Take advantage of complimentary activities

From banana boat rides to morning meditation, we offer our resort guests free daily programming you don't want to miss out on. Banana boat rides are free from 10–11 AM and Exhale Spa's rooftop meditation is offered every day at 9 AM. We even have a Rejuvenation Station with complimentary fruit, water and Jogging Maps for guests who go for a morning run on the beach.

8. You don’t have to leave the kids at home

We're proud to be the most family-friendly hotel on South Beach, and now that's even more true than ever. We recently launched new family offerings like Family Happy Hour at Nautilus — where kids can play on the lawn for free with a Kids Club attendant while parents enjoy afternoon drink specials — and Kids Sushi Making Classes at Lure Fishbar. Parents can enjoy some downtime when they drop the little ones off at SoBe Kids Club, and they'll also love the Kids Menus at each of our restaurants, full Kids Buffet for breakfast at Preston's, and our Rec Room with video games and vintage arcade classics for teens and tweens.
