Fest with the Best at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival

The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capitol One (SOBEWFF) is back on the sands of South Beach. Now in its 22nd year, the beloved culinary event takes place February 23-26, 2023, with Loews Miami Beach Hotel once again serving as Official Host Hotel.

Over the course of this star-studded event, we will welcome the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities to our oceanfront resort. From signature Festival events, to the first ever FoodieCon social influencer showcase and specially curated sips, bites and more, our team is ready to welcome guests for an unforgettable experience.

In honor of our favorite foodie festival, our Bar Collins mixologists are shaking up specialty cocktails, each paired with a unique bite. All three lively libations are available through the Festival weekend. Take a look and pic your favorite sip for toasting to the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.

From outdoor late-night events to gala dinners, themed culinary moments and beyond, we invite you to savor the flavors of SOBEWFF at our signature Festival events.   

Asian Night Market presented by Lox Club hosted by Jet Tila and Aarti Sequeira - Celebrate Asian cuisine with delicious bites from some of the best Asian restaurants in the country at this walk-around event on our St. Moritz Lawn.

Dinner hosted by Alex Guarnaschelli, José Mendín, Santo Agnello and Christopher Aguirre - Celebrity chef, Festival favorite and 2023 Tribute Dinner Honoree Alex Guarnaschelli will break bread with a menu inspired by the Godfather films. Chef Guarnaschelli will take over the kitchen at Preston’s Market alongside Chef José Mendín, Chef Santo Agnello and our very own  Executive Chef Christopher Aguirre.

Family Ice Cream Social presented by Florida Dairy Farmers hosted by Duff Goldman - treat the kids (and yourself) to a fun-filled afternoon on the palm tree-lined St. Moritz Lawn. Hosted by Charm City Cakes’ Duff Goldman, this ice cream social is the perfect way to sprinkle fun onto your day.

Tribute Dinner honoring Alex Guarnaschelli and Alexandre Ricard - Americana Ballroom is the setting for this year’s Tribute Dinner, honoring two icons alongside some of the hospitality industry’s biggest and brightest stars. Emceed by 2018 Tribute Dinner honoree Bobby Flay, this year’s gala will toast award-winning chef, cookbook author and TV personality Alex Guarnaschelli, as well as CEO of Pernod Ricard, Alexandre Ricard.

Our Sunday Table: Jazz Brunch with The Grey and Friends hosted by Mashama Bailey - Mashama Bailey, hailed by the Financial Times as "the most important chef in America," brings together chefs who cover a far-reaching range of cultures and cooking styles for this Jazz Brunch in Americana Ballroom, complete with entertainment by jazz artist, LaVie.

What happens when you combine social media’s most notable food-loving personalities and a unique “offline” food experience? You get FoodieCon®! Taking place on our Americana Lawn on February 25th, the first-of-its-kind celebration brings together some of the most influential digital content creators in the food and beverage community. The full day of programming includes cooking demos, interactive panels with digital thought leaders, immersive activations, photo opportunities and book signings with digital trailblazers. Loews Miami Beach Hotel is proud to serve as the Official Host Hotel for the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival since its inception. Proceeds from the Festival benefit Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center. To date, the festival has raised more than $34 million for the school.
