COLORS: Find bright and dynamic “pop” accents like coral, peach and burgundy and set them against a canvas of softer, muted natural tones like sage, lavender, blush and ivory.

FLOWERS: If you’re looking for the soft, ethereal peony, plan for the end of June. Garden Roses are simple and unpretentious but still elegant and come in a variety for colors. Anemones are definitely hot right now, as well as lilacs (late spring) and ranunculus. For fillers, look for Dusty Miller or succulents.

ACCENTS: Lace, especially vintage patterns, can be incorporated into your table designs or centerpieces, or be a striking focal point with your wedding gown. Flower Crowns are all the rage and are a fun and flirty way to add color to your wedding ensemble (maybe even that “something blue!”).
