New fresh flavors reign in Chicago this summer with Flavor by Loews Hotels. This innovative food and beverage experience serves up the best of Chicago’s local flavor right within the four walls of the hotel. Continuing to roll out nationally across the brand, and currently in 21 hotels, Flavor by Loews Hotels is built on partnerships with artisan food and beverage vendors ranging from bakers to ice cream makers. The indigenous products are showcased on menus across the brand’s portfolio, enabling guests to experience a taste of the destination without ever having to step off property. Loews Hotels is one of the first hotel brands to embrace local partnerships on a national scale, satisfying guests’ desires to immerse themselves in the destinations — bite by bite and sip by sip. Loews Chicago Hotel is now introducing collaborations with local partners to enhance the guest experience and introduce travelers to the best of Chicago flavor.
Chicago Honey Co-Op
We're sweetening up the cocktail and spa day game with our friends from the Chicago Honey Co-op this summer. Making Chicago sweeter since 2004, the Chicago Honey Co-op is a registered agricultural cooperative in the State of Illinois, with 19 members. In addition to keeping bees and harvesting honey, the Chicago Honey Co-op practices and advocates for sustainable agriculture and raising awareness of the natural environment. Chicago Honey Co-op tends to the bees and harvests raw honey from chemical-free beehives at three apiaries across Chicago. Loews Chicago Hotel will feature Chicago Honey Co-op honey in a cocktail at Streeterville Social as well as offer a honey-infused treatment in Spa at Loews Chicago.

Everyone loves a freshly squeezed glass of OJ. Why not take it to the next level with a Kale, Apple, Lemon, Wheatgrass or Orange, Zucchini, Spinach, Kale, Lemon Juice to kick start your morning? Loews Chicago Hotel is excited to offer Here cold-pressed juices, which extract the juice from Midwestern fruits and veggies in its purest form. Here™ aims to bring people closer to their food by making locally sourced and locally produced food. Every Here product contains fresh Midwestern produce and supports a local farmer. Cold-pressed juicing keeps minerals, enzymes, nutrients, and vitamins intact by eliminating oxidation. Here cold-pressed juices will be available in ETA Restaurant + Bar as well as through banquets.
Revolution Brewing
Chicago has been considered one of the front-runners when it comes to volume of local craft beer breweries and we are thrilled to partner with one of the best. Revolution Brewing is Illinois’ largest independent craft brewery, located in the heart of Chicago. Started in 2010, the brewery operates out of two locations, the original brewpub in Logan Square, and the nearby production brewery in Avondale. Revolution has become one of the fastest growing breweries in the country while focusing on brewing the highest quality beer. Loews Chicago Hotel has partnered with Revolution Brewing to create an exclusive beer, Zephyr – a low ABV Golden Ale (4.8%) that combines the hops used in Revolution’s multi-award-winning ‘Cross of Gold’ with a new hop variety. The result is mild and crisp with a delicate hop finish. Zephyr is exclusively available at Loews Chicago Hotel in ETA Restaurant + Bar, The Lobby Lounge, and Streeterville Social.
