The evening begins with a reception featuring imported and domestic cheeses, cured meats, marinated olives, and seasonal fruits, paired with a refreshing Aperol Spritz or Gin Fizz followed by a six-course menu thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Tony France featuring dishes such as heirloom tomato carpaccio, poached red prawns with saffron arancini, taleggio risotto, linguine di mare, and prime beef filet with truffle, each paired with a distinct Massolino wine. Dessert highlights include citrus and stone fruit with orange blossom honey gelato.
