Fitness That Comes to You

You don't always need to venture to a gym to get in a good workout. Active Stays introduces a new in-room fitness experience featuring a variety of equipment-free workouts available directly through guest room TVs. Collaborating with fitness expert Makena Rae, the digital series includes short, efficient workouts designed specifically for hotel rooms. Guests can choose from targeted workout sessions, mobility exercises, bodyweight strength workouts, and recovery-focused stretches.

Whether you're looking to get moving before a busy day or stretch out after a long travel day, these workouts make it easy to fit movement into your schedule.
