Executive Chef Robert Carr has crafted special offerings to complement the regular menu including the Mishima 5 Star New York Strip, a perfectly seared steak enhanced with bone marrow bordelaise, duck-fat smashed fingerling potatoes, and Romanesco cauliflower. For seafood lovers, the butter-poached lobster risotto combines tender lobster with creamy Parmesan risotto, saffron, chives, and a touch of brown butter and lemon.
End the evening on a sweet note with a decadent Baked Alaska for Two, layered with vanilla-cherry semifreddo, chocolate almond cake, and luscious dulce de leche. Make this Valentine’s Day truly special with an intimate evening of elevated flavors and impeccable service.

Lead Bar Bourbon Mixologist, Jay Colson, created two seasonal cocktails for guests and locals to sip something sweet this February: The Queen of Heartsblends Casamigos Blanco with raspberry syrup, coconut cream, and a splash of lime for a luscious, tropical twist. For a sparkling sip, Amore combines Glendalough Rose Gin, strawberry purée, and Jamaica rum bitters, finished with a bubbly pour of sparkling rosé. Reservations not required.

Re-ignite the romance this Valentine’s Day weekend over a memorable culinary experience at Loews Arlington Hotel's authentic Italian restaurant, Farena. Executive Chef Tony France has crafted exclusive offerings for the occasion alongside the signature a la carte Farena menu including indulgent dishes such as King Crab Cake to start, Arugula and Fig salad with crispy goat cheese, Prosciutto and Arugula pizza, Tagliatelle with saffron and Ossetra caviar and Crispy Branzino paired with black beluga lentils. Finish on a sweet note with Mocha Crema Bruciata accented by strawberry and cocoa nib biscotti.
