Terms + Conditions

^{Minimum group size of 10 rooms on peak and 2-night stay. Room Nights refers to total number of rooms over the length of the program. Program must be consumed in 2026 to be eligible.}

^{Offer applies to new business only; it cannot be applied to business opportunities previously contracted, in negotiations, or in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount. Offer is subject to availability and does not apply to citywide opportunities. Master Service or Preferred Agreements that have a guest room discount or a rebate cannot be combined with this offer. Commissions will be paid on actual net guest room revenues after rebate is applied.}

^{Rebate is off net guest rooms actualized and occupied, at the group rate or higher, and will be applied as a credit to the master account. Eligible revenue is net room revenue less taxes, staff, rebates, commissions or other discounted guest rooms. Percent applied to the master account has no cash value and is non-transferable. The rebate is forfeited if group does not meet the minimum anticipated total revenue commitment in the contract.}
