Book a group at a participating* Loews Hotel and receive:

  • 2% net guest room revenue credit on all paid and occupied rooms
  • Up to 30%** allowable attrition up to the cutoff date
  • Loews Hotels will donate 2% of your guest room revenue to DonorsChoose, where you choose the Teacher or School you would like to support.

DonorsChoose.org is an online non-profit that makes it easy to help teachers and students in need by allowing people to donate directly to local public school classrooms. As travel resumes and recovers, let's partner together to pay it forward by helping local classrooms also recover.

Terms and Conditions

Terms, Conditions and Blackout dates apply. Offer applies to new business only, definite business or rebookings do not qualify. Offer is based upon availability and does not apply to citywide opportunities. Minimum group size of 10 rooms on peak. Program must be consumed in 2023 to be eligible. Offer is not combinable with any other offer. Master Service or Preferred Agreements that have a discount or a rebate cannot be combined with this offer. 2% credit is off net guest rooms actualized and occupied, at the group rate or higher, will be applied as a credit to the master. Staff rooms do not qualify for the rebate. Offer is eligible to all third-party partners. Commissions will be paid on actual net guest room revenues. Loews Hotel will donate 2% of the net guest room revenue to DonorsChoose.org within 60 days of the final invoice payment. DonorsChoose.org gift card will be sent to you for you to donate and choose the classroom of your choice.
