Nearly 70 tequilas and signature cocktails are just the start of what's offered at The Flying V Bar & Grill. Drink in hand? Now it's time for some food! First up is happy hour and the Flying V has a whole new happy hour menu that's ideal for enjoying a few quick bites along with your cocktail of choice. Stop by from 5:30–7:00 PM and choose from local favorites like shrimp or beef tacos, quesadillas or our famous Flying V Burger. Top it off with another Flying V Margarita, or go for something else from the happy hour menu for round two, like any of our draft beers or a glass of one of our house wines, or red or white sangria.

If you had your heart set on something a little more substantial for dinner, the brand new Pre Fixe Menu is for you. For $40 per person, you'll get a seasonal salad, your choice of NY Strip Steak Grilled Wester Ross Salmon, and the dessert of the evening. Oh, and did I mention you'll still get our popular jalapeno cornbread with chipotle honey butter? YUM! And of course, you can still order our infamous table-side guacamole because no experience at the Flying V is complete without it.
