Woodsman & Wife Cheese

There’s nothing cheesy about the edgy duo behind Douglasville’s artisan dairy. Focusing on delicious small-batch, soft-ripened cow’s milk cheeses, Woodsman & Wife products are truly farm-to-table. Cheesemaker Ryan Burger is a woodsman (yes, hence the name) and is known to incorporate natural elements, like Georgia magnolia leaves, into his process. Come sink your teeth into these unique soft cheeses of Woodsman & Wife at Saltwood.

Hunter Cattle Farm

Sustainability matters to this family farm located outside of Savannah. Devoted to better flavor and nutrition, they produce grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork with no steroids, added hormones, antibiotics, animal by-products or artificial ingredients. Through educational tours and private events at the farm, visitors are encouraged to experience sustainable farming. To get a taste of these locally raised meats, head to Saltwood or the semi-secret Burger Bar!

Orpheus Brewing

Overlooking the picturesque Piedmont Park and popular Atlanta BeltLine, Orpheus Brewery and Taproom offers an authentic Atlanta experience in the heart of Midtown. Every brew released features the work of a local artist, many of whom are known for murals around town. The Orpheus team loves experimenting with new hops, wild fermentations and barrels. While offerings rotate seasonally, pours like Atalanta and Serpent Bite are ever-flowing favorites. Grab a glass and savor every last drop in Saltwood.

ASW Distillery

The story of University of Georgia’s Jim Chasteen and Charlie Thompson began over the mutual love of whiskey. The pair spent time schooling themselves in the industry before launching their business and first recipe, the smooth American Spirit Whiskey. They, along with brewer Justin Manglitz, have given life to an entire repertoire of drinks from bourbon to brandy. All of these are “crafted with character.” Taste a pour for yourself in Saltwood.

Each of these amazing Flavor partners works closely with our culinary and beverage teams to deliver authentic experiences to your fingertips during your stay. We hope to see welcome you soon, with the flavors behind some of Atlanta’s best artisans.
