Stay strong and centered this holiday season with our new winter wellness series on Clover Club Lawn on Saturdays in December. Energize + Align is a 45-minute class that blends high-energy Tabata HIIT (25 minutes) with grounding Vinyasa yoga (20 minutes) for a complete body and mind experience. Attendees should bring your own yoga mat.
*Energize + Align is beginner friendly but can be modified for higher fitness levels.
The class and parking are complimentary and open to the public. All attendees will receive a complimentary enhancement valued up to $35 to add on to a service booked at The Spa at Loews Arlington. Restrictions apply.
