Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center has been honored with both the Employer Award of Excellence and the Large Employer of the Year Award by Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County (WSTC) in recognition of its exceptional impact on workforce development and community engagement in Tarrant County.
The awards were announced during the inaugural State of the Workforce Address led by WSTC Executive Director Robert Sturns, who presented the awards alongside Arlington Mayor, Jim Ross to Antoinette Karriem, Complex Director of Human Resources and Eva Zepeda-Johnson Assistant Director of Human Resource for Loews Arlington Hotel on February 11, 2026.
