How to have a self-care vacation in Atlanta

Everything you need for a rejuvenating escape

Some people may snicker at the thought of “self-care” and think it’s frivolous, but it is a vital component as part of a broader healthy lifestyle.

At Loews Atlanta Hotel, we make it easy for locals and jet-lagged travelers to take a minute to check-out of their daily hustle and check-in to a relaxing oasis. Here are six elements of our hotel that make it a self-care sanctuary:

Grand Luxury Suite Living Room | Loews Atlanta Hotel

Need to see and feel the sunshine? All 414 rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows. On a sunny day, open the black-out curtains to let the sunshine and its vitamin D pour in.

Bath kit: With the help of our friends from Exhale, we’ve developed a curated bath kit with essential oils and aromatic soaps to be enjoyed at leisure in any of our rooms, as each one is equipped with a soaking bathtub in addition to a separate glass-enclosed shower.

Exhale Fitness: Guests of the hotel have complimentary access to Exhale’s 7,886 square-foot fitness center, which includes a collection of brand new equipment – treadmills, weights, Peloton bikes, and just launched a partnership with NYC’s popular Studio 16. Additionally, guests are welcome to attend group fitness classes like HITT Cardio, Barre and Yoga.

Exhale Spa: Relaxation comes in many forms, but time during a massage ranks high on the list. Award-winning massage therapists are experts at a variety of techniques to ease muscle tension and create a sense of calm. The treatment menu features unique offerings of customized facials, massages, body scrubs, reiki, and waxing. Exhale recently debuted two new spa treatments including the CBD Ritual Massage and the Secret Facial, which leverages the power rose stem cells, peach leaf extract, and precious porcelain flower delivered in an 8-step ritual featuring an exclusive facial toning massage along with a cooling porcelain spoon massage.

No matter the size or weight of your personal salad, it’s always $18 and includes a beverage and dessert made by our pastry chef.
