Begin with Creamy Brie and spiced fruit compote atop artisan bread followed by a choice of Compressed Pear and Arugula Salad or Roasted Butternut Squash and Apple Velouté. For the main course, select from Slow Roasted Prime Rib Au Jus, Pan Seared Salmon or Grilled Double Cut Pork Chop. Indulge in a Warm Date Cake with stewed pears, toffee sauce and vanilla gelato for dessert. Traditional Cut and Bourbon a la carte menu also available.

Begin with a brioche, bechamel, prosciutto and caviar welcome from Executive Chef Robert Carr. Choose from Porcini-Truffle Risotto or Grilled Octopus followed by a selection of Baby Beet Salad Roasted or Parsnip and Leek Soup. For the main course, options include Texas Akaushi Beef Striploin, Pan Roasted Halibut or Honey and Black Truffle Glazed Duck Breast. Dessert includes a Salted Caramel Tart or Almond Panna Cotta. After dinner, sway the night away on the dance floor and toast to 2024 – a year of new beginnings.
